Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on July 2, 2025.

At Luxury Loos AZ, we are committed to making our website luxuryloosaz.com and services accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information and a seamless user experience.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We are actively working to ensure our website follows best practices and standards defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Implemented mobile and tablet-friendly design

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Used clear, easy-to-navigate layouts

  • Used readable font sizes and color contrasts

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

Accessibility is a core part of how we serve our clients - both online and in person. While we continue to improve the accessibility of our website, we also make efforts to accommodate guests with disabilities at the events we service. While we currently do not offer ADA-compliant restroom trailers, we are happy to work with clients to discuss potential solutions or alternative accommodations based on event needs. We aim to:

  • Train our staff on courteous and inclusive customer service practices

  • Ensure clear communication with all clients, including those who may need assistance with reservations or accommodations

  • Respond promptly to questions or concerns related to accessibility

If you or your guests have specific accessibility needs for an event, please let us know in advance - we're happy to work with you to provide the best possible experience.

Requests, issues, and suggestions

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly audit our website and content to improve usability and correct any accessibility issues that may arise. If you find any part of our site difficult to use, or if you require further assistance, you are welcome to contact us through our Contact Us page.
